We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to answer you and serve you. In general terms, we work in line with Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.
Who is responsible for your information

What we collect
In the “Request a service” form:
- Your full name and phone number.
- Your email address (optional, unless you ask us to contact you by email).
- The service you are interested in, your type of business (optional) and a short description of your challenge.
- A good date for the session (optional) and how you prefer to be contacted.
- The language of the page you sent the request from.
When you message us on WhatsApp or by email: the messages and anything attached to them.
When you become a client: agreement and invoice details, and the materials you send for the project (logo, photos, text and access details for your accounts).
While you browse: the site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics tools. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to run the site.
Please don’t send sensitive information in the form, such as passwords or credit card numbers.
Why we collect it
- To answer your request and set up an intro session.
- To prepare a quote and a work agreement, and to deliver and support the project.
- To issue invoices and meet our legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records.
We don’t send you marketing messages without your consent, and we never sell your details.
Where it is stored
- Requests sent through the form reach our email through a form service (such as Web3Forms or Formspree) when one is enabled. When none is enabled, the request is sent through WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp messages are stored in the WhatsApp app (owned by Meta).
- Correspondence and files are stored in the email and cloud storage accounts we use for work, protected by passwords and two-factor authentication.
Some of these providers store information on servers outside Israel and work under their own privacy and security policies.
Who can see it
- The founder of EzAI Group, and only the people working with us on your project, to the extent their work needs it.
- The service providers listed above, only to run the service.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- A request that did not become a project: deleted within 12 months of our last contact.
- Client information: for the duration of our work together, and then for as long as the law requires (for example, seven years for accounting records).
- Access details for your accounts: deleted, or we ask you to change the passwords, as soon as they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You may:
- See the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw your consent to receive messages from us at any time.

Security
We protect information with reasonable measures: an encrypted connection (HTTPS) on the site, strong passwords and two-factor authentication on our accounts, and access limited to those who need it. No protection is perfect; if a security incident affects your information, we will inform you as the law requires.
Minors
The site is intended for business owners and organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from minors without a parent’s consent.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
