We want things to be clear from the start. This is how cancellation works in our projects; the signed agreement is what applies to each project.
The deposit
- A deposit of 50% of the project price is paid when the agreement is signed.
- The balance is paid at delivery, before launch.
Cancelling before work starts
Work starts once the deposit and all the materials we need from you have arrived. If you cancel before then, the cancellation terms in our signed agreement apply. Unless the agreement says otherwise, we refund the deposit minus any costs we have already paid to third parties for your project (such as registering a domain name, or buying a font or a photo).
Cancelling after work starts
Once work has started, the deposit covers the work done up to the cancellation date and is not refunded. We hand over whatever has been done up to that date, as it is.
The monthly subscription (care and maintenance)
- The subscription starts on the launch date.
- It can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice, by email or WhatsApp.
- Work hours not used in a given month don’t carry over to the next month and are not refunded.
How long a quote is valid
A quote is valid for 14 days from its date. After that we update it if needed.
Your rights under the law
Where the law gives you a right to cancel a transaction, such as Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations on cancelling transactions, that right applies in full, and this policy does not limit it.
How to cancel
Send us written notice by email to office@ezai.group or on WhatsApp at 054-562-0294, with your name and the agreement number. We confirm receipt in writing.
