What the site offers
- The site presents our services: tech solutions, identity and content, and services for organizations.
- The information on the site is general and is not a binding offer.
- We don’t publish prices on the site: the price is set in a written quote after an intro session.
- Every project is governed by a quote and a signed work agreement. If anything on the site conflicts with the agreement, the agreement applies.
Sending a request
- When you send a request through the form or WhatsApp, you confirm that the details are correct and that you are allowed to send them.
- Sending a request commits neither you nor us. The commitment starts only when the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid.
- We use your details as described in the privacy policy.
The main terms of every project
This is a summary of the terms in our work agreement. The signed agreement is what applies to each project:
- A 50% deposit on signing, with the balance due at delivery, before launch.
- Work begins once the deposit and all the materials we need from you (logo, photos, text) have arrived. See client materials.
- The estimated turnaround starts once all materials have arrived. See delivery times.
- The service includes two rounds of revisions before launch; any additional revision is billed at the hourly rate.
- The domain name is registered in your name and is your property.
- Fees for third-party services (such as payment processors, messaging and store platforms) are paid directly to those companies.
- The monthly subscription starts on the launch date and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Unused work hours don’t carry over to the next month.
- A quote is valid for 14 days from its date.
- VAT is added to prices as required by law.

Intellectual property
- The content and design of this site, and the EzAI character and its smart ball, belong to EzAI Group. They may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
- What we design for you (such as a logo or a character) becomes yours once it is paid in full, as set out in the agreement.
- When you send us materials (photos, text, logos), you confirm that you have the right to use and publish them.
Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for damage caused by relying on the general information on the site without a signed agreement, except to the extent the law requires.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
