What we need from you
Logo
- Your logo file in the best quality you have: SVG, PDF or AI, or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background.
- No logo yet? We can design one: logo design.
Photos
- Original, high-resolution photos of the place, the team, and the products or services.
- Photos you have the right to use. Please don’t send photos copied from the internet.
- If people appear in the photos, make sure they have agreed to publication.
Text
- Text for each page: who you are, what you offer, how to reach you, opening hours and address.
- In every language you want on the site (Arabic, Hebrew or English).
- If you need it, we can write or edit the text with you by prior agreement.
Access details
Depending on the project, we may need access to:
- Your domain registrar or current hosting.
- Your Google business profile.
- Your social media accounts or WhatsApp Business.
- Third-party services such as your payment processor or invoicing system.
Practical details
- The phone number, WhatsApp and email that will appear on the site.
- Address, opening hours and social media links.
- A list of your services or products, and their prices if you want them on your site.
How to send the materials
- Files: upload them to a shared folder (such as Google Drive or Dropbox) and send us the link. Small files can go by WhatsApp or email.
- Text: in a single document, organized by page.
- Access details: don’t send passwords in an ordinary message. It is best to add us as a user or admin on the account and remove us when the work is done. If you must share a password, share it securely and change it once the work is done.
Checklist
Together with the agreement, we send you a list of the materials your project needs. Once the list is complete, we confirm it in writing and the delivery count begins.
